ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Heather Suttles is an artist from Easley, SC. She began her formal studies in Fine Arts at Clemson University in 2002. She left Clemson in 2005, and pursued a journey as a Flight Attendant for many years. Living in New York, Texas, California, and several other states gave her a rare experience of submerging herself into many different cultures and styles. It was also during this time that she was able to study artwork all over the world. In 2012 she moved to Germany to do her apprenticeship in tattooing and worked in a shop in Wiesbaden for 3 years. It was only a year after her apprenticeship that she was first featured in Ink Magazine. After returning to South Carolina, she continued her studies in Fine Arts at Clemson University. She graduates in 2018, and plans to open a tattoo shop/art gallery.
